મહિલા સિપાહીના પ્રેમમાં પાગલ એક યુવકે તેની પત્ની અને બે માસૂમ બાળકોની હત્યા કર્યાની ઘટના સામે આવી છે. આ યુવકે તેના ફ્રેન્ડની પણ હત્યા કરી અને પોતાની ઓળખ છુપાવી દિલ્હીના મછરોલી વિસ્તારમાં રહેવા લાગ્યો હતો. હત્યાનાં સાડા ત્રણ વર્ષ પછી આ અંગે DNA રિપોર્ટ સામે આવ્યા પછી ચોંકાવનારો ખુલાસો થયો છે. પોલીસે મુખ્ય આરોપી, મહિલા સિપાહી સહિત અન્ય છ આરોપીની ધરપકડ કરી જેલ ભેગા કરી દીધા છે. આરોપી યુવકે તેની પત્ની અને બાળકોને ઘરમાં જ દાટી દીધા હતાં. પોલીસે ઘરે પહોંચીને પત્ની અને બાળકોના કંકાલ જપ્ત કર્યા છે. આરોપીએ તેના ફ્રેન્ડની હત્યા કરી મથુરા-કાસગંજ રેલવે લાઇન પર શબ ફેંકી દીધો હતો. પત્ની, બાળકો અને દોસ્તોની હત્યાનો આરોપી યુવક મેડિકલ સાયન્સ જાણતો હોવાથી તેને ઘટના સ્થળ પર સબૂત દૂર કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો પણ તે સફળ થયો નહોતો.
SP રોહન પ્રમોદ બોત્રેએ જણાવ્યું કે, ” આરોપી રાકેશ પેથોલોજી ડિપ્લોમા હોલ્ડર છે અને નોઇડાની લાલ પેથોલોજીમાં સાત વર્ષ સુધી કામ કરી ચૂક્યો હતો. તે જાણતો હતો કે, પોલીસ કોઈ સબૂત છોડતી નથી. તેણે ફ્રેન્ડ રાજેન્દ્ર ઉર્ફ કલુઆની માથુ કાપીને હત્યા કરી અને હાથના પંજા કાપીને ફેંકી દીધા હતાં. જેથી તેની ઓળખ થઈ શકે નહીં.”
”આરોપીને ખબર હતી કે, શબની ઓળખ ચહેરાથી અથવા હાથની આંગળીથી થઈ શકે છે. સબૂત દૂર કરવાના માટે તેણે માથું અને પંજા કાપીને સળગાવી દીધા અને સ્વયંનો શબ હોવાનો દાવો પરિવાર પાસે કરાવ્યો હતો. તો પત્ની અને બાળકોના શબ ઘરના બેસમેન્ટમાં દાટીને સિમેન્ટનું ફ્લોરિંગ કરી દીધું હતું. રાકેશે પોતાના ચહેરા અને નાકની પ્લાસ્ટિક સર્જરી કરાવી હતી. જેથી તેની ઓળખ થઈ શકતી નહોતી.”
ઓળખ માટે શબ પાસે નાંખી દીધી LICની રિસિપ્ટ
રાકેશે તેના ફ્રેન્ડની હત્યા કર્યાં પછી ષડયંત્ર રચ્યુ હતું. તેણે ખુદના નામની LICની રિસિપ્ટ શબ પાસે નાંખી દીધી હતી. જેથી પોલીસને લાગે કે, આ શબ રાકેશનો જ છે. આ પછી તે નોઇડા જતો રહ્યો હતો.
બદલ્યું પોતાનું આઇડી પ્રૂફ અને કાર્યક્ષેત્ર
આરોપી દિલીપ શર્મા પુત્ર સુભાષ શર્મા નિવાસી કુક્કન પટ્ટી જનપદ કુશીનગરના નામથી તેણે આધાર કાર્ડ બનાવડાવ્યું અને હરિયાણાના મહરૌલી ગામમાં પહેલા મજૂરી કરી અને પછી રાજ મિસ્ત્રી બની ગયો અને ત્યાં જ રહેવા લાગ્યો હતો.
ભાડે આપી દીધું નોઇડાવાળું મકાન
નોઇડામાં પત્ની અને બાળકોની હત્યા કર્યાં પછી બેસમેન્ટમાં શબ દાટ્યા પછી તેણે પૈથોલોજીનું કામ છોડી દીધું અને મકાન પણ ભાડે આપીને ફરાર થઈ ગયો હતો. કાસગંજ પોલીસ દ્વારા મકાનમાં કરવામાં આવેલાં ખોદકામ પછી ભાડુઆત પણ ડરી ગયા હતાં.
