કિંજલ બ્રહ્મભટ્ટ, અમદાવાદઃ વરસાદની સીઝનમાં શરદી-ખાંસી થવી બહુ જ સામાન્ય છે. જો ઓફિસથી પાછા આવતા ભીંજાઈ ગયા હોવ, તો રાત્રે સૂતા પહેલાં ગરમા-ગરમ હળદર વાળું દૂધ પી લો.
સામગ્રી:
3 નાના લીલી હળદરના ટૂકડા અથવા 3/4 ચમચી હળદર પાવડર
3/4 ચમચી તાજું છીણેલું આદુ
ચપટી મરી પાવડર
1/2 ચમચી તજ પાવડર
1 ચમચી મધ
2 કપ દૂધ ( પાણીમાં પણ બનાવી શકાય છે)
રીત:
1. જો હળદરના ટૂકડા લીધા હોય તો તેને આદૂ સાથે વાંટી નાંખો
2. 2 કપ દૂધ(પાણી) ગરમ કરવા મૂકો
3. ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં હળદર આદુની પેસ્ટ અથવા હળદર પાવડર અને આદુની છીણ નાંખો
4. સરસ ઉકળે એટલે મરી પાવડર નાંખો
5. વધુ પાંચ મિનિટ ઉકાળો અને ત્યારબાદ કપમાં ગાળી લો
6. તેમાં ઉપરથી તજ પાવડર ભભરાવો અને મધ મિક્સ કરો
