રાજકોટ: હાલ લગ્નની સિઝન ચાલી રહી છે. કોઈ હેલિકોપ્ટર તો કોઈ હાથી પર વરઘોડો કાઢીને ચર્ચામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે રાજકોટમાં હાલમાં થયેલા એક લગ્નએ બધાનું ધ્યાન ખેંચ્યું છે. રાજકોટમાં હાલમાં એક અનોખા લગ્ન યોજાયા હતા. જેમાં લગ્ન મંડપમાં વ્યસનમુક્તિ પ્રદર્શન, ડાયાબિટીસ અને બ્લડપ્રેસર કેમ્પ રાખવામાં આવ્યો હતો. એટલું જ નહીં લગ્નમાં મહેમાનોમાંથી 405 લોકો પાસે અંગદાન અને 275 લોકો પાસે વ્યસનમુક્તિનો સંકલ્પ લેવડાવ્યો હતો.
રાજકોટના જંક્શન પ્લોટમાં રહેતાં મિતેશ કક્કડના હેની પૂજારા સાથે લગ્ન યોજાયા હતા. સમય અને શક્તિ બચાવવા લગ્ન સમુહમાં રાખવામાં આવ્યા હતા, પણ એ પહેલાં લોકજાગૃતિના જે કાર્યક્રમો રાખવામાં આવ્યા હતા, જે આંખોને ટાઢક આપે તેવા હતા.
વરરાજા મિતેશ કક્કડના બનેવી મિત્તલભાઈ ખેતાણી કરૂણા ફાઉન્ડેશન સાથે સંલગ્ન હોવાથી લગ્નમાં કંઈક અલગ કરવાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
આથી લગ્નમાં ઉપસ્થિત મહેમાનો પાસે અલગ અલગ સંકલ્પ લેવડાવ્યા હતા. જેમાં 405 લોકોએ અંગદાન અને 275 લોકોએ વ્યસનમુક્તિનો સંકલ્પ લીધો હતો.
આ ઉપરાંત લગ્નમાં જ ડાયાબિટીસ અને બ્લડપ્રેસર ચેકકપનો ફ્રી કેમ્પ પણ રાખવામાં આવ્યો હતો. એટલું જ નહીં આ તકે મહેમાનોને ચકલીના માળા, પર્યાવરણ જાગૃતિ અને ઓર્ગન ડોનેશન અંગે પુસ્તિકાનું વિતરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
