ભીલવાડાઃ રાજસ્થાનના ભીલવાડામાં રહેતી એક સગીર છોકરી પોતાના સગા બાપને ફાંસીની સજા અપાવવા માગે છે. સગા બાપે માત્ર દીકરીને અશ્લિલ ડાન્સ કરવાનું જ નહોતું કહ્યું પરંતુ પોતાની હવસનો શિકાર પણ બનાવી હતી. છોકરી કોઈ પણ રીતે બાપની ચુંગાલમાંતી છૂટીને બાળ કલ્યાણ સમિતિ પાસે આવી હતી. તો બાપ ફરાર થઈ ગયો છે. પોલીસ તેને શોધી રહી છે.
પડોશી મહિલાએ મદદ કરીઃ
આ ઘટના ભીલવાડાના પ્રતાપનગર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનની છે. અહીંયા એક બાપે દીકરી સાથેના સંબંધોને વગોવ્યા હતાં. દીકરી વધુ ત્રાસ સહન ના કરી શકતા તેણે પોતાની મુશ્કેલી બાજુમાં રહેતી એક મહિલાને કહી હતી. આ મહિલાએ 1098 પર ફોન કરીને તંત્ર સુધી આ વાતની જાણ કરી હતી. બાળ કલ્યાણ સમિતિએ બાળકીને પિતાના કબ્જામાંથી મુકાત કરાવી હતી અને પ્રતાપનગર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં પિતા વિરૂદ્ધ પોક્સ તથઆ જેજે એક્ટ હેઠળ કેસ કર્યો છે.
માતા નવ પહેલાં જતી રહીઃ
પીડિતાએ કહ્યું હતું કે તેના પિતા દારૂ પીને માતાને મારતા હતાં અને તેથી જ તેની માતા નવ મહિના પહેલાં જતી રહી હતી. ત્રણ મહિના પહેલાં તેના પિતાએ દારૂના નશામાં અશ્લિલ વીડિયો જોઈને તેને કહ્યું હતું કે તે આવો ડાન્સ કરે અને વીડિયો બનાવશે તો પૈસા મળશે. ત્યારબાદ તે રોજ પિતા આગળ અશ્લિલ ડાન્સ કરતી હતી. આટલું જ નહીં પિતાએ ધમકી આપી હતી કે જો તે કોઈને આ વાત કહેશે તો તેને જાનથી મારી નાખશે. પીડિતાએ વધુમાં કહ્યું હતું કે તેના પિતાને ફાંસીની સજા મળવી જોઈએ. બાળ કલ્યાણ સમિતિએ પીડિતાની મેડિકલ તપાસ કરાવી હતી. જેમાં તેની સાથે દુષ્કર્મ કર્યું હોવાનું સ્વીકારવામાં આવ્યું હતું. પિતાએ દીકરીને સ્કૂલમાંથી પણ ઉઠાવી લીધી હતી. હાલમાં પોલીસ પિતાની શોધખોળ કરે છે.
