બરેલીઃ ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના બરેલીમાં સુભાષનગરમાં મઢીનાથમાં રહેતી એક વ્યક્તિએ પોતાની પાંચ મહિનાની ગર્ભવતી ભાભીને પથ્થરથી મારી નાખી હતી. દિયર ભાભીના માથા પર ત્યાં સુધી મારતો રહ્યો જ્યાં સુધી જીવ જતો ના રહ્યો. ઘટના સમયે ભાભીની છ વર્ષની દીકરી પણ હાજર હતી. તેણે પોતાની માતાને તડપી તડપીને મરતા જોઈ હતી. પોલીસને શરૂઆતની તપાસમાં લવ એંગલ હોવાનું ધ્યાનમાં આવ્યું છે. દિયર તથા પતિનું એક યુવતી સાથે અફેર હતું અને ભાભી વિરોધ કરતી હતી. હાલમાં દિયર ફરાર છે.
બંને ભાઈઓનું એક જ યુવતી સાથે અફેર હતોઃ વિનીત સક્સેના (27) મૂળ ભુતાના કચનેરા ગામમાં રહેતી હતી. તેના લગ્ન સુભાષ નગરના શાંતિ બિહાર કોલોનીમાં વિપિન સક્સેના સાથે થયા હતા. પરિવારમાં વિપિનના પિતા રાજકુમાર, માતા સુનીતા તથા નાનો ભાઈ આકાશ રહે છે. વિનિતાને છ વર્ષની દીકરી છે. કહેવાય છે કે વિનિતાના પતિ વિપિન તથા આકાશનું શાંતિ બિહારમાં રહેતી એક યુવતી સાથે અફેર હતું. બંને ભાઈઓ એક જ યુવતીને પ્રેમ કરતા હતા. આ વાતની જાણ જ્યારે વિનિતાને થઈ તો તેણે વિરોધ કર્યો હતો અને ઝઘડો કર્યો હતો.
પતિ બહારગામ નોકરી કરતો હતોઃ વિનિતાએ ઝઘડો કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યો તો તેનો પતિ વિપિન કાસગંજમાં નોકરી માટે જતો રહ્યો હતો. અહીંયા તે પ્રાઇવેટ કંપનીમાં નોકરી કરતો હતો. વિપિન ઇલેક્ટ્રિશિયનનું કામ કરે છે. આ દરમિયાન પરિવારમાં વિનિતા દીકરી, સાસુ-સસરા તથા દિયર સાથે રહેતી હતી. સાસુ એક ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં નાઇટ શિફ્ટમાં કામ કરે છે. સસરા હાલમાં જાત્રાએ ગયા છે. ઘરમાં માત્ર દિયર અને દીકરી સાથે વિનિતા રહેતી હતી.
દીકરીએ કહ્યું, કાકા ના મારો, કાકાએ કહ્યું- બેટા બીજી મમ્મી લાવીશુંઃ પરિવારના આરોપ છે કે રવિવાર, 15 ઓગસ્ટની રાત્રે ઘરમાં આકાશ, વિનિતા તથા છ વર્ષની દીકરી હતી. દિયર ભાભી વચ્ચે યુવતીના પ્રેમપ્રસંગ અંગે દલીલો થઈ હતી. ત્યારબાદ ગુસ્સામાં દિયરે ભાભીને મારવાનું શરૂ કર્યું હતું. આ બધું જોઈને દીકરીએ કાકાને વિનંતી કરી હતી કે તેની મમ્મીને ના મારે. આકાશે કહ્યું હતું કે બેટા તું અંદર જા. તારા માટે નવી મમ્મી લઈને આવીશું. આ દરમિયાન ગુસ્સામાં આવેલા આકાશે પથ્થર ઉઠાવીને વિનિતાના માથે માર્યો હતો. આ જ કારણે વિનિતાનું ઘટનાસ્થળે મોત થઈ ગયું હતું.
કાકાએ કહ્યું, કોઈ પૂછે તો કહેજે મમ્મી ગંદી વાતો કરતી હતીઃ મૃતકની બહેન સરિતાએ કહ્યું હતું કે છ વર્ષીય દીકરીએ કહ્યું હતું કે જો કોઈ પૂછે તો એમ કહેજે કે મમ્મી કાકા સાથે ગંદી વાતો કરતી હતી. કાકાએ ના પાડી તો પણ ના માની અને પછી કાકાએ મારી નાખી.
બીજા દિવસે ખબર પડીઃ હત્યા કર્યા બાદ આરોપી આકાશ રાતે જ ફરાર થઈ ગયો હતો. બીજા દિવસે સવારે 10 વાગે પડોશમાં રહેતી રાજકુમારી શાક આપવા આવી હતી. તેણે ઘરમાં જોયું તો સન્નાટો હતો. આ જ કારણે તે રસોડામાં શાક મૂકીને જતી હતી. આ દરમિયાન મૃતકની દીકરીએ રૂમનો દરવાજો ખોલવાનું કહ્યું હતું. રાજકુમારીએ જેવો રૂમ ખોલ્યો તેણે બૂમાબૂમ કરી મૂકી હતી. વિનિતા જમીન પર લોહીલુહાણ હાલતમાં પડી હતી. ત્યારબાદ આસપાસના લોકો ભેગા થઈ ગયા હતા. પોલીસને જાણ કરવામાં આવી હતી. પોલીસે ડેડબોડી પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ માટે મોકલી હતી.
પોલીસે શું કહ્યું? એસપી સિટી રવિન્દ્ર કુમારે કહ્યું હતું કે ડાયલ 100ની મદદથી પોલીસને માહિતી મળી હતી કે શાંતિ બિહાર વિસ્તારમાં એક મહિલાની ડેડબોડી ઘરમાં પડી છે. પોલીસે ઘટનાસ્થળે જઈને પંચનામું કર્યું હતું.
