અમદાવાદઃ વેકેશનમાં બધા ઘરે હોય અને કોઈને દેશી શાક ખાવું હોય તો શું બનાવવું તેની મૂંઝવણ રહે છે. તો તમારી આ મૂંઝવણ દૂર કરવા માટે આજે અમે લાવ્યા છીએ વડી પાપડનું શાક.
સામગ્રી :
– મગની વડી ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ
– પાપડ ૪, નાના ટુકડા
– દહીં ૧ કપ
– તેલ ૨ ચમચી
– હળદર અડધી ચમચી
– લાલ મરચું અડધી ચમચી
– ધાણાજીરું અડધી ચમચી
– નમક સ્વાદ અનુસાર
– બોળીયા મરચાં ૨ નંગ
– રાઈ અડધી ચમચી
– જીરું અડધી ચમચી
– મેથી દાણા અડધીથી ઓછી ચમચી
– હિંગ એક ચપટી
– સજાવટ માટે બારીક સમારેલી કોથમરી
રીત :
1.નોનસ્ટિક પેનમાં એક ચમચી તેલ ગરમ કરી તેમાં મગ ની વડીને બે મિનીટ સાંતળી લ્યો. અલગ રાખો.
2. તપેલીમાં એક ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉકાળવું. તેમાં પાપડનાં ટુકડા બે મિનીટ રાખી, ગાળી લેવા. એક ડીશમાં છુટ્ટા રાખી ઠંડા પડવા દેવાં.
3 .નોનસ્ટિક પેનમાં ૨ ચમચી તેલ ગરમ કરી તેમાં રાઈ અને જીરું ઉમેરવા. રાઈ તતડે ત્યારે હિંગ અને બોળીયા મરચાં નો વઘાર કરી દહીં ઉમેરવું. બધો સૂકો મસાલો ઉમેરી તેલ છૂટું પડે ત્યાં સુધી હલાવતાં રહેવું.
4. આ ગ્રેવીમાં વડી ઉમેરી ૧૦ મિનીટ સુધી ધીમી આંચ પર પાકવા દેવું. ગ્રેવી પાતળી કરવા માટે થોડું પાણી કે છાશ પણ ઉમેરી શકાય.
5. વડીઓ સોફ્ટ થાય ત્યારે ગ્રેવીમાં પાપડનાં ટુકડાઓ ભેળવી દેવા. એક જ મિનીટ વધારે પાકવા દેવું કે જેથી મસાલાઓ નો સ્વાદ પાપડમાં આવી જાય.
6. ઝીણી સમારેલી કોથમીર વડે સજાવી ફુલકા સાથે ગરમ ગરમ પીરસો.
