હાલ એમએસ ધોની વિશ્વ કપ બાદ કાશ્મીરમાં આર્મી ડ્યૂટી પર છે. વિશ્વકપ બાદ ધોનીએ નિવૃતીની અફવાઓ પર વિરામ લગાવતાં સાક્ષીએ ઈન્સ્ટાગ્રામના માધ્યમથી જાણકારી આપી હતી કે, ધોની 2 મહિના માટે ભારતીય સેનાની સાથે રહેશે. જેની તસવીર પણ સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર વાઈરલ થઈ રહી છે.
એમએસ ધોની સેનાની ડ્યૂટીની સાથે-સાથે લોકોના દિલ જીતવાનું પણ કામ કરી રહ્યો છે. કાશ્મીરમાં ધોનીની તસવીરો અને વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર વાયરલ થઈ રહ્યાં છે, જેમાં ક્યારેક તે ટેરોટોરિયલ આર્મીની સાથે વોલીબોલ રમતો દેખાય છે, તો ક્યારેક ગીત ગાતો હોય છે. હાલમાં ધોની બૂટ પોલિશ કરતો જોવા મળ્યો હતો.
