પોલીસ સબ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટરે જણાવ્યું કે, ”છેલ્લાં ત્રણ વર્ષથી તેમનો પ્રેમ પ્રસંગ ચાલી રહ્યો હતો. જેની પુષ્ટિ ખુદ છોકરીએ પણ કરી છે.” છોકરીએ જણાવ્યા મુજબ તેના ઘરવાળાએ તેના લગ્ન બીજે નક્કી કરવાની તૈયારી કરી લીધી હતી. પણ 24 ઓગસ્ટે તેણે લગ્નની ના પાડી દીધી હતી. તેણે પોતાના પિતાને PSI અંગે બધું જણાવી દીધું હતું.
છોકરીના જણાવ્યા મુજબ PSI વિશે કહેતાં જ તેમના ઘરમાં ભૂકંપ આવી ગયો હતો અને તેને માર પણ માર્યો હતો. ઘરવાળાથી હેરાન થઈને છોકરીએ ઘર છોડી દીધું હતું. તેણે ફોન પર એસઆઈને સંપર્ક કર્યો અને સમગ્ર વાત જણાવી હતી. આ પછી બંને મળ્યા અને લગ્ન કરવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો હતો. બંનેએ મંદિરમાં જઈને લગ્ન કરી લીધા હતાં. હવે બંને લગ્ન રજીસ્ટર કરાવવા માટે બોકારો પહોંચ્યા છે.
પોલીસ સબ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર હજારીબાગનો રહેવાસી છે. તે વર્ષ 2018માં સબ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર તરીકે પોલીસમાં ભરતી થયો હતો. અત્યારે તે ચતકા જિલ્લામાં તહેનાત છે. પોલીસ સબ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટરનું કહેવું છે કે, હવે બંનેને સુરક્ષા મળવી જોઈએ. કેમ કે સાસરિયાવાળાથી તેના જીવને ખતરો છે.
