વિજયવાડાઃ આઇએએસ ઓફિસરે કાળાબજારી પકડવા માટે એક એવી રીત અપનાવી કે જેની ચર્ચા હવે સો.મીડિયામાં જોરશોરથી થઈ રહી છે. ખરી રીતે આઇએએસ અધિકારીએ ખાતરની દુકાનોમાં ખેડૂતો સાથે થતી છેતરપિંડીની તપાસ માટે વેષ બદલ્યો હતો. લોકો આ અધિકારીને ખૂબ વખાણ કરી રહ્યા છે. અને કહી રહ્યા છે કે દેશને વધુ આવા જ અધિકારીની જરૂર છે.
આંધ્ર પ્રદેશના વિજયવાડાના સબઇન્સ્પેક્ટર જી સૂર્યા પ્રવીણચંદ્રની આ વાત છે. થોડાં દિવસ પહેલાં તેમને યુરિયા તથા ડીએપીની કિંમતોમાં અનિયમિતતા હોવાની ફરિયાદ મળી હતી.
આઇએએસ સૂર્યાએ કથિત કાળાબજારીઓ તથા છેતરપિંડીની તપાસ કરવા માટે અનોખી રીત અપનાવી હતી. તેમણે વેષ બદલીને ખેડૂતના કપડાં પહેર્યા હતા. ત્યારબાદ કેકલુરુ ખાતરની દુકાનમાં આવ્યા હતા.
સો.મીડિયામાં વાઇરલ થયેલી તસવીરમાં આઇએએસ સૂર્યા એક ખાતરની દુકાનમાં ડીએપી ખરીદે છે. ખાતર ખરીદીને તેઓ જાણવા માગતા હતા કે કેવી રીતે છેતરપિંડી કરવામાં આવે છે. આથી જ તેમણે ખેડૂતનો ગેટઅપ લીધો હતો.
કહેવાય છે કે આ દરમિયાન આઇએએસના ધ્યાનમાં એ વાત આવી કે ડીએપી તથા યુરિયા ખાતર નક્કી કરેલી કિંમત કરતાં વધુ કિંમતમાં વેચવામાં આવે છે. આટલું જ નહીં ખાતરનું બિલ પણ આપવામાં આવતું નહોતું. અનેક દુકાનના ગોડાઉનમાં ખાતરોની થેલીઓ જમા હતી. એટલે કે તેમણે જમાખોરીમાં કરી હતી.
તપાસ દરમિયાન એ વાત સામે આવી હતી કે અનિયમિતતાને કારણે કેટલીક દુકાનો સીઝ કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ સાથે જ કેટલીક દુકાનોને સ્ટ્રિક્ટ વોર્નિંગ આપવામાં આવી છે કે નક્કી કરેલા રેટ પર જ ખાતર વેચવામાં આવે, નહીંતર તેમની પર એક્શન લેવામાં આવશે.
