એક ખૂબ જ આઘાતજનક સમાચાર સામે આવ્યા છે. સ્ટાર્ટઅપ કંપની ‘પંખુડી’ની 32 વર્ષીય ફાઉન્ડર પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવનું અચાનક હાર્ટ-અટેકથી મોત નિપજ્યું હતું. અબજોની માલકિન પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવના મોતથી અનેકને આઘાત લાગ્યો છે.
ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના ઝાંસીમાં જન્મેલી 32 વર્ષીય અબજપતિ મહિલા ઉધોગપતિ પંખુરી શ્રીવાસ્તવે નાની ઉંમરમાં ઉંચાઈઓને સ્પર્શી હતી. તેની સફળતાના અનેક લોકો કાયલ હતા. મુંબઈમાં 20 હજાર રૂપિયાના રોકાણથી ગ્રેબહાઉસ કંપની શરૂ કરી હતી. માત્ર 4 વર્ષમાં કંપનીનું વાર્ષિક ટર્નઓવર અંદાજે 720 કરોડ રૂપિયા પહોંચી ગયું હતું.
સોશિયલ કોમ્યુનિટી પ્લેટફોર્મ ‘પંખુડી’ અને હોમ રેન્ટલ સ્ટાર્ટઅપ ‘ગ્રેબહાઉસ’ જેવી સ્ટાર્ટઅપની ફાઉન્ડર પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવનું અચાનક મોત થતાં લોકો સ્તબ્ધ છે. પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવનું મોતનું કારણ હાર્ટઅટેક જણાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
32 વર્ષની ઉંમરે આવ્યો હાર્ટઅટેક અને થયું મોત
પંખુડીના સત્તાવાર ટ્વિટર હેન્ડલે શોક સંદેશ જાહેર કરી કહ્યું છે કે 24 ડિસેમ્બરે અચાનક આવેલા હાર્ટઅટેકના કારણે અમારી કંપનીની CEO પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવનું નિધન થઈ ગયું છે. હાલમાં જ 2 ડિસેમ્બર 2021નાં રોજ પંખુડીએ લગ્નની પહેલી વર્ષગાંઠની ઉજવણી કરી હતી.

2012માં બનાવી હતી પહેલી કંપની
પંખુડી શ્રીવાસ્તવે પોતાની પહેલી કંપની Grabhouse 2012માં ઊભી કરી હતી. જેને સિકોઇયા કેપિટલ, કલારી કેપિટલ અને ઈન્ડિયા કોશન્ટે ફંડિંગ કર્યું હતું. આ કંપની લોકોને ભાડે ઘર અપાવવામાં મદદ કરતી હતી.
જે બાદ તેને પોતાની કંપની Quikrને વેચી દીધી હતી. જે બાદ તેને ‘પંખુડી’ની શરૂઆત કરી હતી. આ મહિલાઓ માટે સોશિયલ કોમ્યુનિટી નેટવર્કની કંપની છે, જ્યાં મહિલાઓ લાઈમ સ્ટ્રીમિંગ અને ચેટ કરીને કંઈક નવું શીખી શકે છે તેમજ ખરીદી પણ કરી શકે છે.
