પેરિસ: ફ્રાન્સના રાજકીય પ્રવાસે પેરિસ પહોંચેલા વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનું દરેક સ્થળે ભવ્ય સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. પેરિસ એરપોર્ટ પર ગુજરાતી વ્હોરા સમાજના પ્રતિનિધિઓએ નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનું તિરંગા સાથે ભવ્ય સ્વાગત કર્યું હતું.
નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આ પ્રસંગે ત્યાં ઉપસ્થિત વ્હોરા સમાજના સભ્યો સાથે હાથ પકડીને લાંબા સમય સુધી વાતચીત પણ કરી હતી. આ દરમિયાન અનેક વાર ‘ભારત માતા કી જય’ના નારા પણ લગાવવામાં આવ્યા હતાં. ફ્રાન્સમાં જે પ્રકારે નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનું વ્હોરા સમાજથી પ્રેમ મળી રહ્યો છે તેનાથી પાકિસ્તાનના પેટમાં તેલ રેડાયું છે. પાકિસ્તાનના મંત્રીએ ટ્વિટ કરીને પોતાનો ગુસ્સો જાહેર કર્યો હતો.
પાકિસ્તાનના મંત્રી ફવાદ ચૌધરીએ ભારતના વડાપ્રધાન કાર્યાલય તરફથી ટ્વિટર પર મૂકવામાં આવેલા વીડિયો પર જવાબ આપતાં લખ્યું હતું કે, કેટલા પૈસા ખર્ચ કર્યાં આ ડ્રામા માટે? પાકિસ્તાનના મંત્રીના ટ્વિટ બાદ લોકોએ તેમને ટ્રોલ કરવાનું શરૂ કરી દીધું હતું. યુઝર્સે કહ્યું હતું કે, ફવાદ ચૌધરી…હરકતો પણ નામ જેવી જ છે…ટામેટા અને રોટલીમાં વેચાનારા પૈસા પૂછી રહ્યા છે.

આ પહેલા ફવાદ ચૌધરીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, જો ભારત અમારી સાથે વાતચીત કરવામાં રસ નથી ધરાવતું તો તેમના રાજદૂત અહીં કેમ છે? ફવાદે કહ્યું કે, હું અમારા વિદેશ મંત્રીને નિવેદન કરું છું કે જો ભારત અમારી સાથે વાતચીત કરવામાં રસ નથી રાખી રહ્યું તો તેમના રાજદૂત અહીંયા કેમ છે? ફવાદ અહીંથી અટક્યા નહીં, તેઓએ ભારતના ડિપ્લોમેટિક સંબંધોને ખતમ કરવા સુધીની પણ વાત કહી દીધી.
