ઘણીવાર તમે ઓફિસરોને ધારાસભ્યને રિક્વેસ્ટ કરતાં જોયા હશે, પણ શું ધારાસભ્યને ક્યારેય ઓફિસરને પગે લાગતાં જોયા છે. આવી જ એક ઘટના રીવાથી સામે આવી છે. અહીં ભાજપના ધારાસભ્ય પ્રદીપ પટેલ વીજળીની સમસ્યા અંગે વીજ વિભાગની ઓફિસમાં ફરિયાદ કરવા ગયાં હતાં. જ્યાં તે એન્જિનિયરના પગે પડી ગયા હતાં.
મધ્યપ્રદેશના રીવા જિલ્લાના મઉગંજમાં ભાજપના ધારાસભ્ય પ્રદીપ પટેલે ઓફિસરના પગે પડી ગાંધીગીરી બતાવી હતી. ધારાસભ્ય વીજ વિભાગની ઓફિસમાં તેમના વિસ્તારની સમસ્યા લઈને પહોંચ્યા હતાં. 4 દિવસથી પૂર્વ વિદ્યુત વિભાગના જિલ્લા કાર્યાલયમાં ભાજપના ધારાસભ્યએ 67 માંગણી સોંપી હતી.
આશ્વાસન પછી માંગ પૂરી ના થઈ તો ધારાસભ્યએ વિદ્યુત વિભાગના કાર્યાલય પર પહોંચી ગાંધીગીરી કરી હતી.
ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, 4 દિવસ પહેલાં પણ વીજ ઓફિસમાં ઓફિસરની ચેમ્બર પર ભાજપના ધારાસભ્ય ગાદલું પાથરી સૂઈ ગયા હતા અને ઘણાં મનાવ્યા પછી ઉઠ્યા હતાં. ધારાસભ્યએ વીજ વિભાગના અધિકારીને 67 માંગનો પત્ર સોંપ્યો હતો.
માંગ પુરી ના થઈ તો કાર્યલય પહોંચેલા ધારાસભ્ય 3 કલાક સુધી વીજ ઓફિસમાં બેસી રહ્યા હતાં. ધારાસભ્ય ચણા અને ગોળ લઈને પણ ગયાં હતાં. પછી શું ઓફિસરોને પણ ખવડાવ્યા અને ખુદ પણ ખાધા હતાં.
ઘણીવાર પછી ઓફિસરે આશ્વાસન આપ્યું કે સમસ્યા દૂર કરશે ત્યારે ધારાસભ્યજી ઓફિસથી ગયાં હતાં. સાથે એવું પણ કહ્યું છે કે, આવતો રહીશ. ધારાસભ્યએ કહ્યું કે, ‘મારી કામ કરવાની આ રીત છે, હું મારા વિસ્તારની સમસ્યાઓ લઈને ભોપાલમાં પણ ઓફિસરોને મળ્યો છું.’
