વિસનગર શહેરમાં રહેતી 14 વર્ષિય સગીરાને તેના બનેવીએ લલચાવી વારંવાર દુષ્કર્મ ગુજારતાં સગીરાને સાત માસનો ગર્ભ રહી જવા પામ્યો હતો. જ્યાં તેની મોટી બહેન સગીરાને સારવાર અર્થે વિસનગર સિવિલમાં લઇ આવતાં તબીબની તપાસ બાદ મામલો બહાર આવવા પામ્યો હતો. જ્યાં તેની મોટી બહેનની ફરિયાદને આધારે તેના બનેવી વિરુદ્ધ ગુનો દાખલ કરી પોલીસે તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.
શહેરમાં પોતાની મોટી બહેન અને તેના પતિ સાથે રહેતી 14 વર્ષિય સગીરાને નવ માસ અગાઉ પોતાના બનેવી સાથે મિત્રતા બંધાઇ હતી. જેમાં તેના બનેવી તારી બેન સાથે મજા આવતી નથી તેમ કહી સગીરાને શારીરિક અડપલાં કરવાનું શરૂ કરતા સગીરાએ ના પાડી હતી.
પરંતુ નવ માસ પૂર્વે તેની બહેન બહાર ગામ ગઇ હતી. તે સમયે તેના બનેવીએ શારીરિક અડપલા કરી તું મને શરીર સંબંધ બાંધવા દઇશ તો તારી બહેનને ખુશ રાખીશ. તેમ કહી સગીરા ઉપર દુષ્કર્મ ગુજાર્યું હતું અને તેની બહેન બહાર જાય ત્યારે વારંવાર સગીરાને અવાર નવાર મરજી વિરુધ્ધ દુષ્કર્મ ગુજારતાં તેને ગર્ભ રહી જવા પામ્યો હતો.
જો કે તેની જાણ સગીરાને થવા પામી ન હતી. જ્યાં સગીરાની મોટી બહેનને સગીરાનું પેટ ઉપર આવતાં તે તેને લઇ વિસનગર સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં આવી હતી. ગાયનેક તબીબે તેને સાત માસનો ગર્ભ રહ્યો હોવાનું જણાવતાં બહેન ચોંકી ગઇ હતી.
