– જીરૂંને શેકીને પાવડર બનાવો
– ચણાના લોટમાં જીરા પાવડર, હિંગ, લાલ મરચું, ચપટી સોડા, મીઠું બધું નાખીને મિક્સ કરવું. આમાં સહેજ પણ પાણી નાખવુ નહીં.
– ફટકડીવાળા પાણીમાંથી સિંગદાણા કાઢીને સીધા ચણાના લોટમાં નાખવા. ચણાના લોટમાં સિંગદાણા રગદોળી લેવા. જરૂર લાગે તો જ સહેજ અમથું પાણી ઉપરથી છાંટી લેવું
– સિંગદાણા પર બરોબર લોટ ચોંટી જાય એટલે ગરમ તેલમાં તળી લેવા.
– તળ્યાં બાદ સિંગ ભુજિયા ઠંડા પડે એટલે તેની પર મરી પાવડર તથા સંચળ ભભરાવીને સર્વ કરવા.
